A non-profit organization has members that are spread all over North America. The client wanted to build a strong framework for future growth and to provide efficient and effective services to its members. In order to accomplish this feat, the membership information had to be detailed, current, and easily accessible. The biggest challenge was making such information accessible over the internet with real-time updates.

Approach:

Aciron conducted a series of requirements-gathering sessions and developed a set of story-board slides/screen mock-ups that enabled the client to visualize the end result. Every aspect of the project was documented to ensure that functional specifications were well defined. Continuing our value of integrity, regular status updates were provided from which we captured client feedback and approvals. The end result: A successful partnership with the client -- We delivered a system that met all of the needs set forth by the client and have since then continued to provide extended functionality for their membership system.
