The individual in this position plays a significant role during the requirements
gathering phase of the projects. The candidate will be responsible for interacting
with clients, analyzing client needs, documentation, and ensuring that requirements
are met.
- Basic Requirements:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a client service environment
- Ability to create documentation using Microsoft Office Applications, like Word,
Excel and PowerPoint

Senior Architect – Microsoft Technologies
- The individual in this position
plays a significant role during the design and implementation of the technological
solution for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for analysis of customer
needs, developing the overall concept and design objectives, and ensuring that the
RUP methodologies are followed by the team. The candidate may be required to travel
to client sites in US.
- Required skills:
- Experience with various frameworks/design patterns and well versed in customer interaction
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. 3.5 and 4.0
- Strong understanding of the overall .NET model (security, presentation options,
business components, data access)
- Must possess good communication skills
- Ability to lead a team of developers
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus, but not required

- The individual in this position
is involved in ensuring a quality technical design that satisfies the business requirements
of the client. The candidate will be responsible for Requirements Analysis; Software
Design; System Development; Unit Testing, System Testing, and System Integration
Testing strictly adhering to RUP methodologies.
As a senior team member, the developer will provide technical guidance in utilizing
new technologies for projects/product improvement and new product development. Candidate
must be flexible, motivated, well-rounded, possess the ability to perform multiple
tasks concurrently and respond quickly to needs as they arise. May be required to
travel to client sites in US.
- Required skills:
- Candidate must have 3+ years hands on development experience with Microsoft .NET
technologies
- Experience with various frameworks/design patterns and well versed in customer interaction
- Knowledge in applying Microsoft SQL Server technologies to support Windows-based
web data applications
- Solid experience with web development using Microsoft technologies, including C#,
VB.NET, ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus, but not required
